Incles Valley

The Incles Valley is one of the privileged natural places that Andorra offers to the visitor. It is located between the towns of El Tarter and Canillo, and its characteristic u-shape indicates its glacial origin. The pastures and several scattered huts accompany the visitor until they reach the bottom of the valley, always surrounded by abundant flora and fauna. All year round the valley offers something to discover: * In June, with the snow already melted, the best time to visit begins. * Spring allows to attend the awakening of nature. * Summer shows the landscape, flora and fauna in all their splendor. * Autumn is the time of color changes, which transform meadows and forests into a chromatic spectacle of great beauty and attractive landscape. * Finally, the harshness of the winter weather elements is felt and the snow covers the valley. * In summer, the busiest season in the Incles Valley, access to vehicles is closed to preserve its tranquility. From mid-June to early September, visitors can take the electric train, which runs to the bottom of the valley uninterruptedly from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are sold at the information booth, next to the access car park. The Incles Valley is a very rich ecosystem available to anyone who wants to come and enjoy it with tranquility and safety. Always with the respect and attention that the mountain wants and needs, because the natural heritage is a treasure to be safeguarded by all.
